This is a 29 year old woman, G1 P0, at 32 gestaitional weeks with polyhydrammnios of 6.1X5.2 cm and mid-abdominal mass. The mass represent a volvulus and after birth the cause of the volvulus was found to be due to a meconial plug syndrome.
