Case report

Following images and videos show a case of vein of Galen aneurysm detected at 32 weeks of gestation (primigravida, non-contributive history).

Images 1-6: 32 weeks of gestation; the images show gray scale and color Doppler scans of the fetal head with aneurysm of the vein of Galen.

Videos 1, 2, 3: 32 weeks of gestation; the videos 1, 2 show gray scale and color Doppler scans of the fetal head with aneurysm of the vein of Galen. The video 3 shows transverse scan of the fetal thorax with cardiomegaly due to volume overload.
