This is a 17-year-old woman, G1, P0 who presented for her first ultrasound scan at 16 weeks of gestation. Incidentally noted was a giant myoma measuring almost 9 cm in diameter and showing the classic whorled appearance. The 3D image demonstrates the myoma.
