These are the images of a fetus at 11.1 weeks of gestation. The nuchal thickness was 5 mm and bilateral arm deformities were observed. Short forearms and contractures at the elbow and wrist were noted. The two forearm bones were present as were both thumbs. No lower extremity or other abnormalities were seen. The amniotic membrane was round and chromosomal analysis showed a normal karyotype. The pregnancy was terminated at 11 weeks and 6 days.
