We present a case of a 25-year-old woman, scanned at 26-week of pregnancy. Ultrasound examination revealed monochorionic, monoamniotic twins with normal fetal morphology. We could see entanglements of the umbilical cords at two places. The patient delivered by cesarean section at 36-week of pregnancy and the tangling of the umbilical cords was confirmed. These are the pictures that we obtained.
