Article Published: May 4, 2015 Madurai, India Case report Following images and video show a case of Twin Reversed Arterial Perfusion Sequence (TRAP Sequence) that was seen in 23 weeks. The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy and the diagnosis was confirmed. Images 1, 2: Right moiety of the images show male gender of the normal twin (white arrow); left moiety of the images show tangential scan at the level of the presumed pelvis of the acardiac twin with unidentifiable gender (yellow arrow). Images 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8, 9, and video 1: The images and video show caudal part of the acardiac twin with two abnormal legs (red arrows). The video also shows normal twin on the right.
