Twin pregnancy with trisomy 21

Ultrasound images of a 36-year-old Gravida one in the 22nd week of her dichorial Twin pregnancy. The first male fetus shows no abnormalities. The second female fetus demonstrates: an atrioventricle septal defect, absent nasal bone, and camptodactyly of the fifth finger. At term, a healthy boy, and a girl with Down Syndrome and atrial ventricle septal defect were born.
