Case report
This is a case of a 28-year-old G2 P1 with non-contributive family and personal history. We scanned this patient at 22 weeks of gestation. The ultrasound examination showed a common truncus arteriosus with ventricular septal defect (type 2).
Parents decided for pregnancy termination. The autopsy confirmed our diagnosis.
