40-year-old woman (G3P2) presented at 13 week of pregnancy. She didn"t undergo any biochemical screening. Ultrasound examination revealed anasarca and cystic hygroma. The pregnancy ended by a spontaneous abortion at 16-week of pregnancy. Here are some images that we obtained.
