Case report
 
A 30-year-old woman (G1P0) with an insignificant prenatal history. She was sent to our unit for an abnormal three vessels view, in which the pulmonary artery was not seen. Our ultrasound examinations revealed a transposition of great arteries.

Image 1 and 2: 2D view show a complete transposition of great arteries. The pulmonary artery (AP) arising from left ventricle (VG) and the aorta arisinf from the right ventricule (VD).

Image 3: 2D view show the aorta (AO) emerges anteriorly from the right ventricle, and the pulmonary (AP) artery emerge from the posterior ventricle the left one.
