She was sent to our unit for an abnormal three vessels view, in which the pulmonary artery was not seen. Our ultrasound examinations revealed a transposition of great arteries. Image 1 and 2: 2D view show a complete transposition of great arteries. The pulmonary artery (AP) arising from left ventricle (VG) and the aorta arisinf from the right ventricule (VD). Image 3: 2D view show the aorta (AO) emerges anteriorly from the right ventricle, and the pulmonary (AP) artery emerge from the posterior ventricle the left one.
