Tetralogy of Fallot, 12 weeks

Case report:
31-year-old patient, low risk pregnancy, third pregnancy, the nuchal translucency was 3mm.
At week 12, first video clip showed ventricle septal defects, the second Doppler clip showed huge aorta and small main pulmonary arteries/ ductus.
The pregnancy was terminated. The cytogenetic study had not been done.
