Case report

Following images and videos show a case of tetralogy of Fallot diagnosed at 22 weeks, 1 day of gestation.

Images 1, 2: 22 weeks, 1 day of gestational age; the images show four-chamber view of the heart with a small ventricular septal defect (asterisk on the image 2).

Images 3, 4: 22 weeks, 1 day of gestational age; the images show five-chamber view of the heart with a small ventricular septal defect and overriding aorta (VSD - ventricular septal defect; Ao - aorta; LV - left ventricle; RV - right ventricle).

Images 5, 6: 22 weeks, 1 day of gestational age; the images three-vessel-trachea view of the heart with narrow pulmonary artery and dilated aorta (PA - pulmonary artery, Ao - aorta).

Images 7, 8: 22 weeks, 1 day of gestational age; the images show color Doppler imaging of the five-chamber view of the heart with the aorta overriding the ventricular septal defect (VSD - ventricular septal defect; Ao - aorta).

Videos 1, 2: 22 weeks, 1 day of gestational age; the videos show the tetralogy of Fallot described above.
