Case reports

Following images and videos showing a tethered spinal cord at 22 week-old fetus. Postnatally the child is without neurological symptoms.

Images 1, 2, 3, and video 1: 22 weeks of gestation; the images and video show sagittal scan of the lumbosacral region of the fetal spine. Medullar conus is reaching very caudally (red arrow) bellow its normal position (at about second lumbar vertebrae - L2, white arrow).
