Split-hand split-foot syndrome

This fetus had measurements including the head and the abdomen, tibia and radius equivalent to 39 weeks. The femur and humerus measured 34 weeks. The initial thought was some form of rhizomelic dysplasia. Multiple digits were missing in both hands and feet with syndactyly.
