Case report: This is a 30-year-old woman with a fetus presenting with splenic calcifications. The triple test and the nuchal translucency were normal.  At 22 weeks a few calcifications were diagnosed close to the stomach. No other associated anomalies were seen. At 24 weeks the spleen calcifications were confirmed,  located in the superior part of the spleen near the diaphragm. At 26 weeks we could observe three calcifications inside the spleen. The serological tests were negative (CMV, Herpes, Toxoplasmoses, Rubella). The amniocentesis was refused by the patient. At 28 and 31 weeks the calcifications did not change. The baby was born at 39 weeks (2250 g). The clinical examination was normal. One month later, an abdominal scan revealed a normal spleen without any calcifications.
