This is a 25-year-old primigravida, G2P1, referred to our centre at 27th week of pregnancy due to suspected hydrocephalus. Our examination revealed large cystic mass at the level of lumbar region concordant with lumbar spina bifida and explaining the hydrocephalus of the fetus. The neonate was delivered at 34th week.
