This is a 26-year-old primigravida, G2P1, referred to our centre at 36th week of pregnancy due to suspected hydrocephalus. Our examination revealed large cystic mass at the level of lumbar region concordant with lumbar spina bifida and hydrocephalus of the fetus. The baby was delivered at 38th week. Here are some images we obtained.
