This is the ultrasound scan of a 32 year old woman G3, P2 who came for a routine third trimester screening. The fetus was 34 weeks, cephalic presentation with the fetal back posterior and to the right of the mother. The heart was on the left side with tricuspid insufficiency noted. There was abdominal situs noted with the fetal stomach on the right side and the liver situated below the fetal heart on the left side. No other anomalies were noted. The fetus was delivered normally and the antenatal findings were confirmed.
