Sacrococcygeal teratoma

Case report

This a case of a 15-year-old G1 P0 which was first scanned at 32 weeks of gestation. Ultrasound exam revealed a giant cystic sacrococcygeal teratoma, type I.

Patient delivered via cesarean section at 38 weeks of gestation. A male neonate underwent a successful surgical repair and is doing fine.
