This is a 23-year-old primigravida seen at 19 weeks of gestation. Tetraphocomelia, facial dismorfism, microretrognatia and a liitle cyst in the cord were seen.

The patient opted for termination of pregnancy. A diagnosis of Robert"s syndrome was suspected.
