This is a case of placenta percreta with invasion into the bladder.

Accreta = abnormal adhesion of the placenta with absence of the decidua basalis (the stratum spongiosum, in particular)

Increta = invasion of the myometrium

Percreta = invasion through the serosa of the uterus
