This is a fetus with Pierre Robin sequence: The fetus has flat nose, micrognatia (on the frame below, but best seen in a 360 kB video-clip). The tongue is sliding down in the throat (1.5 MB video-clip) during a yawn in supine position (there were also other anomalies in the spine).
