Persistent left superior vena cava and absent right superior vena cava

Case report

Following images and videos show a case of absent right superior vena cava with persistent left superior vena cava that was observed at 30 weeks of an uncomplicated pregnancy. Talipes equinovarus were also observed in the fetus. No other anomalies were found.

Images and videos: Dilated coronary sinus and persistent left superior vena cava without presence of normal right superior vena cava can be seen (CS - coronary sinus; A - aorta; P - pulmonary artery; LSVC - left superior vena cava).
