The following images and video show the case of the persistent left superior vena cava diagnosed at 22 weeks of gestation.

Images 1-4: Images 1-3 showing a 4-chamber view with a persistent left superior vena cava (*) which can be identified at the left border of the left atrium. Image 4 shows a right outflow tract and persistent superior vena cava which is between the pulmonary artery and the left atrium.
