Case report

A 27-year-old woman (G1P0) with non-contributive history was sent to our office at 11 weeks, 1 day of gestational age. Our examination revealed a wide defect of the fetal abdominal wall with gastroschisis and ectopia of the heart, corresponding to diagnosis of Cantrell syndrome. The pregnancy was terminated.
