This is a 32-year-old-woman, G2P1, referred at 34 weeks of gestation with a fetus with ovarian cyst torsion on the left side. The baby was born vaginally at 39 weeks. At day 3, the surgery was performed and the diagnosis was of ovarian cyst with twisted peduncle was confirmed.
