Case report:
This is a 26-year-old woman, with unremarkable obstetrical history, scanned at 27 weeks of pregnancy. The ultrasound revealed an omphalocele containing liver tissue and bowels. These are some of the images we obtained.
Cystic structure at the level of the umbilical cord represented allantoic cyst.
