This is a case of full term pregnancy that presented with leaking fluid. She did not get any previous sonography examination done. On examination the fetus was of 28 week only, there was marked polyhydramnios, an amniotic band and a meningoencephalocele. The findings were confirmed after delivery. The baby expired 10 minutes after birth.
