These are some prenatal and postnatal pictures of myelomeningocele at the level L2-S3 with associated hydrocephalus.  It was the third pregnancy of a nonconsanguineous couple. The patient was referred to our hospital at 32nd week of third pregnancy. The amniocentesis was normal (46XY).
