Case report
This is a 24-year-old G2P1, scanned at 33 and 36 weeks. The right kidney was multicystic, hyperechogenic with absence of the corticomedullary differentiation. The urinary bladder was normal. The left renal pelvis and ureter were slightly dilated, probably due to uretero-pelvic junction obstruction. The amount of amniotic fluid was normal. No other anomalies were seen.
The baby was delivered at 37th week (2200g). The postnatal ultrasonographic examination confirmed the findings.
