This 22-year-old G1P0 patient is referred at 29 week for abdominal mass in the fetus. The fluid is normal. No other anomalies then a unilateral multicystic dysplastic kidney disease.

The Doppler did not demonstrate the ipsilateral renal artery...

...but both iliacs are visible.

Low level signal is seen in the renal parenchyma adjacent to the cysts (compare to the contralateral kidney below)
