Case report
The following images show a case of monosomy X (Turner syndrome) diagnosed in one of the fetuses of a dichorionic pregnancy. The parents refused selective termination of the pregnancy. The affected fetus died at 22 weeks showing massive cystic hygroma and hydrops of the fetus. The subsequent course of the pregnancy was uneventful and the healthy fetus was delivered vaginally.
