Case report

This is a 13 weeks scan of a woman from nonconsanguineous couple (G4, P0). The fetus presented several anomalies:

  • Hygroma coli;
  • Atrioventricular septal defect of the heart;
  • Hydrothorax;

An amniocentesis was done and revealed abnormal karyotype (45X0).
