This fetus is at 20 weeks and demonstrates the following features:
• Mild hydrocephalus (lateral ventricles measure 12mm)
• Scalloped frontal horns
• Caudal cerebellar displacement into the posterior fossa (Arnold-Chiari malformation).
• Meningocele and spina bifida is seen at the level of the sacrum.
