The following images show two cases of Meckel Gruber syndrome diagnosed at 31st and 18th week of pregnancy.

Images 1, 2: 31 weeks; the images show transverse scans of the fetal head. An occipital defect of the skull with the encephalocele can be seen on the image 1 (fingers).

Images 3, 4, 5: 31 weeks; the show enlarged polycystic kidneys of the fetus.

Images 6, 7: 31 weeks; the image 6 show fetal hand with postaxial polydactyly (finger). The image 7 represents a drawing fused with the image 6 explaining the position of the fetal hand with the postaxial polydactyly.

Case 2

Images 8, 9: 18 weeks of pregnancy; the image 1 shows a transverse scan of the fetal head with the occipital encephalocele. The image 9 shows a fetal leg with angulated tibia.

Images 10, 11: 18 weeks of pregnancy; the images show transverse scans of the fetal head with the occipital encephalocele (arrows on the image 11).

Images 12, 13: 18 weeks of pregnancy; the mages show a fetal foot with postaxial polydactyly (arrows on the image 13 point to the fingers).
