This is a 21-year-old woman who was came for a routine scan at 28 weeks of gestation. An approximately 1 cm cystic lesion was seen over the right buttock and an apparently normal spine. Fetal movements were normal and the rest of the scan was normal. The patient was lost to prenatal follow-up after that.
