This is a set of twins:

  • one is an acardiac amorphus presenting as a mostly cystic mass
  • the other has a limb-body wall complex.

This twin has limb-body wall complex (not the liver and bowel floating in the amniotic fluid)

The second twin is simply a cystic mass adjacent to the pump twin.
