This is a 28 year old, para 4, healthy patient. At the routine second trimester scan, multiple anomalies affecting the anterior abdominal wall and the curvature of the spine were detected. The anomalies were consistent with the limb-body wall complex. Fetal karyotyping was normal 46,XY. Note the clarity of the 3D depiction.
