These are some of the videos we obtained showing left isomerism in aĀ fetus. Prenatal ultrasound investigation revealed mild ventricular cardiac disproportion, right-sided stomach and vena azygos continuation. Postnatal course of the baby was normal and postnatal ultrasoundĀ confirmed mild ventricular/arterial disproportion, azygos continuation to the right vena cava superior and a low right atrial junctional rhythm of 90 bpm.
