Interrupted aortic arch with thymic hypoplasia: DiGeorge syndrome

This is a case of interrupted aortic arch, part of the DiGeorge syndrome. Note the ascending aorta with the brachiocephalic vessels (type A) with interruption between the subclavian artery and the descending aorta
