Hypospadias

Lilit Hovsepyan

Erebouni Medical Center, Armenia.

Case report

A 26 year-old woman was seen to our unit at 29-30 weeks of gestation. We found severe hypospadias and IUGR without any others abnormalities. The pregnancy was terminated because of abnormal doppler data (reversed diastolic flow in umbilical artery, brain sparring effect and reversed blood flow in ductus venosus). The newborn was delivered at 33 weeks, 900 gr, and severe hypospadias was confirmed.
