Case report

This a case of middle hemispheric variant of holoprosencephaly detected at 32nd week of pregnancy.

Images 1 and 2: 32 weeks of pregnancy; transverse scans of the fetal skull showing partial separation of the monoventricle.

Images 3 and 4: 32 weeks of pregnancy; transverse scans of the fetal skull closer to the base of the skull than in images 1 and 2.
