16-year-old woman (G1P0) referred to our center at 20th week of pregnancy. Ultrasound investigation revealed lobar holoprosencephaly. Parents decided for termination of pregnancy and pathological findings confirmed our diagnosis. Karyotype was normal (46,XX). Here are some ultrasonographic scans that we obtained.
