This is a video clip of a fetus demonstrating multiple, tiny echogenic gallstones that cause posterior acoustic shadowing. The gallbladder is almost totally filled by the gallstones. The child was asymptomatic after birth. Some gallstones persisted up to the 6 month follow-up exam, after which the family was lost to follow-up.
