This is a 27-year-old primigravida, presented to our department with a positive beta-HCG level (2.500mIU/ml). The transvaginal scan revealed an adnexal mass with irregular margins suspected from extrauterine pregnancy. The endometrium was thick, measuring 14 mm. No gestational sac was visualized intrauterine. At surgical treatment was performed and confirmed the diagnosis of the extrauterine pregnancy at the level of left uterine tube.
