Case report

Following images show a case of epignathus or oral teratoma, diagnosed in a 19 weeks fetus.

It seems to arise from the roof in the mouth with a larger solid component. The lesion was excised completely and pathology examination confirmed the diagnosis of teratoma. Also, a double pituitary stalk and impairment of vision were found.
