Case report

Following images show a case of ectopic monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy, 6 weeks of gestational age, in an obese patient.
We scanned the patient transvaginally and we only saw an empty uterus and enlarged endometrium. We could only see the ectopic pregnancy transabdominally, both with heart beats.
The patient was treated surgically with a right salpingectomy and she is doing well.
