Following images show a case of a 26-year-old woman (G2P1), with unremarkable history, (no diabetes mellitus).
There was no history of prenatal teratogen exposition, nor drug ingestion or infection.
Our ultrasonographic examination was done at 28 weeks of gestational age and we found signs of pelvic kidney with uretero-pelvic obstruction.
Our findings were confirmed and the baby had a normal post-natal adaptation

Images 1-5, video 1: 2D ultrasound images showing a left normal kidney, and right ectopic kidney with important unilateral uretero-pelvic junction obstruction.
