There was a placenta previa (not illustrated), right renal agnesis, a 9 mm left pyelectasis and ductal agenesis with right atrial connection (see discussion of the forms of ductal agenesis). A moderate amount of cardiomegaly was also present. The baby did well after birth. 9 mm left pyelectasis: The umbilical vein joining directly the right atrium  A moderate amount of cardiomegaly The junction in the right atrium of the 2 cava and the umbilical vein.
