I wanted to introduce in more depth the "Discussions" tab. This is a place on the website that I hope you will post your diagnostic dilemmas to discuss with knowledgeable users from all over the world. You can upload up to 4 files (such as images) with your discussion post.  We have an opportunity now to look at a case that Moshe Bronshtein posted for discussion regarding the fetal sternum.
